Email the Psychmon Team at admin@aralmon.com for account access, privacy or deletion requests, payment verification, refund requests, technical problems, or questions about the service.
For account-specific help, email from the address connected to your Psychmon account when possible. Never send your Google password, GCash PIN, one-time password, or banking password.
Signed-in support
Registered users may also sign in to Psychmon and use the in-app Contact form. The in-app form requires authentication so the request can be associated with the correct account.
