Psychmon Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to and use of Psychmon at psychmon.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Psychmon Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate registration and payment-verification information and for activity conducted through your account.

2. The Psychmon service

Psychmon provides educational practice questions, mock examinations, learning-progress tools, performance analytics, and board-exam coaching features. Free accounts receive limited features. Paid access may provide additional questions, mock exams, analytics, or coaching tools as described on the purchase page at the time of purchase.

Psychmon is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the Professional Regulation Commission or another licensing authority. Psychmon does not guarantee a passing score, a particular examination result, or that practice items will reproduce official examination questions.

3. Accounts and authentication

You may create or access an account using the authentication methods Psychmon currently offers, including Google Sign-In. You must protect access to your email and authentication account and notify Psychmon promptly if you believe your Psychmon account has been compromised. Google Sign-In data and other personal information are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and access are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to distribute protected Psychmon content.

4. Free and paid access

Psychmon may change the features available to free users as the service develops. The purchase page shows the current paid-plan duration, price, and included features before payment.

Current paid plans provide access for a stated fixed period after payment approval and are paid through a one-time GCash transaction. They do not automatically renew unless Psychmon clearly introduces and the user separately accepts an automatic-renewal option in the future. A later pricing change does not shorten an already-approved fixed access period.

5. Payments and activation

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. The user must follow the instructions on the Psychmon purchase page and provide accurate payment-verification details. Paid access begins after Psychmon verifies and approves the submitted transaction. Users should retain their GCash reference number and proof of payment.

Psychmon may reject or investigate submissions that are incomplete, duplicated, inconsistent, fraudulent, or cannot be verified. Submitting a payment does not authorize the user to access paid features until approval is completed.

6. Refund requests

If a payment is duplicated, misdirected, unauthorized, or approved access is not delivered, contact admin@aralmon.com promptly with the relevant transaction details. Refund or correction requests are reviewed case by case and as required by applicable law. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Approval is assessed case by case and is subject to applicable consumer law. To investigate or process an approved refund, Psychmon may require the payer name, amount, GCash reference number, transaction evidence, and the GCash mobile number to which an approved refund should be sent. Providing inaccurate information may delay or prevent processing.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• share, resell, publish, scrape, or distribute Psychmon question banks or paid content;
• copy or reverse-engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• circumvent access controls, plan limits, security measures, or payment verification;
• use another person's account or impersonate another person;
• upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access; or
• use Psychmon for an unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

Psychmon's software, question banks, explanations, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Psychmon Team and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, Psychmon grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service for non-commercial examination preparation.

9. Availability, changes, and disclaimers

Psychmon may maintain, update, suspend, or modify the service. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Psychmon does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and may correct content, scoring, or technical errors when discovered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Psychmon Team is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

Psychmon may restrict or terminate an account that materially violates these Terms, threatens the service or other users, distributes protected content, commits fraud, or is used unlawfully. A user may stop using Psychmon and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimer, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.

11. Privacy

The Psychmon Privacy Policy explains the personal data collected, its purposes, recipients, storage, security, retention, deletion, and user rights. The Privacy Policy is available publicly without signing in.

12. Changes to these Terms

Psychmon may revise these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate method. Changes do not retroactively reduce an already-approved fixed paid-access period.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable Philippine law before the competent authorities or courts.
